In this mockumentary, Officer Bartlett and his quirky partner McCluskey lead the self-appointed "Pumpkin Police," determined to rid the neighborhood of pumpkins after Halloween. As they enforce their bizarre mission with misguided passion, the duo encounters eccentric residents, philosophical debates, and the absurdities of taking seasonal traditions a little too seriously. Will they succeed in their crusade, or fall victim to their own pumpkin obsession?
